Prices include V.A.T. and are per night for one unit (ie. car and caravan or car and tent or motor-home). |

Please ensure dogs are kept on leads at all times and are not allowed to foul the park or annoy others, large exercise areas are provided. Please do not leave pets unattended for long periods. |

A strict 10mph speed limit applies on the park at all times. |

Please respect the occupiers of other units, keeping noise to a minimum especially after 10.00pm. The management reserves the right to terminate the booking of any person whose conduct is detrimental to the park or comfort of other visitors. |

Council regulations insist that the park is for holiday use only, therefore working or trading from the park is not permitted. |

Families and couples only. NO groups of young people will be admitted. |

For the comfort of other visitors we ask guests to arrive before 10.00pm. If you wish to arrive later please use the car park opposite the main entrance. |

For security the main gates are locked nightly, if guests wish to leave the park before 8.00am. please use the car park on the night of departure. |
|
During high season only, guests are requested to vacate their pitch by 11.00am. on the day of departure. (Not applicable to field 3) |

Commercial vehicles are not permitted on the park, only exceptional circumstances will be considered by prior arrangement with the management. |

We cannot reserve a particular pitch but will endeavour to put you in the field of your choice and keep groups of families and friends together. This cannot be guaranteed during very peak periods. |

Disabled pitches are available near the facility blocks, but may only be booked by disabled badge holders. |
|
During quiet periods it may be necessary to reduce the opening hours of certain facilities depending on the number of bookings. |
|
Deposits are not refundable after your booking has been confirmed, and pitch fees cannot be refunded for inclement weather. |

All persons staying on or visiting the park use the facilities provided entirely at their own risk, Warren Farm Holiday Centre cannot accept any liability for loss, damage or accident to persons or property. |

In the event of any serious breach of the above conditions, Warren Farm Holiday Centre Ltd. Reserves the right to terminate a holiday and ask offenders to leave the park. |
